Orphan Care
There are many ways to care for orphans, including sponsorships, foster care, and adoption. Adoption can be extremely expensive financially, and we desire as a church to he
lp with those costs. Member families in our church who need financial aid in the adoption process are eligible to receive funds from SGCC. Many families have benefitted from this mission over the years.
Kroger Community Rewards Program
One of the ways we fund the SGCC Adoption Fund is by partnering with the Kroger Community Rewards program. With this program, Kroger allows you to designate a percent of the money you spend at their stores to a charity of your choice. They send a check to SGCC every month, and 100% of that money is designated to our SGCC Adoption fund. It requires no changes in your shopping routine and requires only a few minutes to set up.
